iDeal Gas Facility • Cocoa Beach,, FL

Urban Partners acted as Development Manager for the owner during the design and construction of a propane gas supply facility.  The scope of work included overseeing the civil design/permitting and construction of the project which consisted of clearing, grading, earthwork, drainage, water and sewer utilities and connections, new electrical service, parking and storage areas, new fencing and landscape & irrigation at the site.  We also coordinated all aspects related to the erection and tie-in of a new metal office building facility, provided by the owner.
