Urban Partners acted as Development Manager for the owner.  This included selecting the civil engineer and architect for the project, directing and overseeing both the townhome site plan and all vertical designs.  We were also responsible for selecting the sales and marketing teams, setting up the sales office and overseeing sales and the marketing campaign on behalf of the owner. 

We also prepared the initial development budget and all subsequent working budgets as well as oversaw the hard bid by the general contractor.  Additionally, we acted as liaison with the City of St. Augustine regarding site utilities and public works for the project.

Ultimately, the owner decided to sell the project to Toll Brothers, which has acquired the site and it is proceeding with development and construction.
