Urban Partners was hired by multiple franchisees to build out 17 different Planet Fitness facilities from Miami to New Orleans to all over Virginia.  The projects ranged in size from 15,000 to over 30,000 SF and while most were interior renovations, several projects also consisted of an expansion to the existing building structure.

Scope generally included a complete demolition of the existing space, removing and repouring the slab to accommodate for new plumbing lines, new storefront, new HVAC units and air distribution, new electrical and fire sprinkler distribution, new men’s and women’s locker rooms and shower facilities, new framing, drywall and all new flooring and finishes.
