The Nexus at Regency • Jacksonville, FL • 60 Acres

Urban Partners has been retained to act as Development and Construction Manager for the owner during Phase 1 of the multi-phase redevelopment at the 60-acre Regency Square Mall site.  The scope of this work includes coordinating with the engineers and design professionals to oversee the demolition and relocation of existing utilities, the installation of new utilities, new roadways, new lighting, parking areas, entry features, landscaping and irrigation. 

During the construction of Phase 1, Urban Partners will oversee all site, utility, electrical and specialty contractors performing the approved work.
